Tennis Leaders Award

Tennis Leaders Award...

The Tennis Leaders Award is a programme developed by the LTA to help encourage young people to play an active role in delivering the game.

Generation Tennis Leaders Award
The programme's aim is to help develop the next generation of coaches, tournament organisers, club managers and tournament officials. It is designed for young people aged 13 and over. The Tennis Leaders Award gives participants an opportunity to develop their skills and be recognised for their achievements and commitment. Even if you don’t think you want to work in sport, becoming a Tennis Leader will provide you with the skills, experience and knowledge that will help you when applying for courses, universities and even on your CV when you apply for your first job.
