Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised members of Generation Tennis, on a need to know basis only, use the information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our system and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. All information on customers will be stored on our database and we will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Generation Tennis will only be in connection to the services provided by Generation Tennis.

Payment

Cash or personal cheques are all acceptable methods of payment. We request that payment is made on the first session of a new term; the payment will be collected by the coach at hand. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Generation Tennis’.

Cancellation Policies

Group Lessons: Group lessons may need to be cancelled due to weather conditions. If you are unsure whether your lesson is going to be running, please contact your coach before hand to confirm. If you are unable to contact your coach please do turn up to the lesson as normal, unless severe weather does not allow you to do this. The coach has the final decision to cancel a group lesson and will contact each and every player to make them aware of the changes.
If a lesson is cancelled the coach will try and reschedule the missed lesson during the term or at the end of the term. If a lesson cannot be made up then the player will have a lesson in credit for the new term, which would mean a reduced cost off the new payment for the new term. If a player cannot make a lesson, then unfortunately no refund can be made. The only exception to this rule is that if a player has sustained a long term injury. In this case the player will be in credit for the next term.

Individual Coaching Lessons
: 24 hours notice is the requirement for the cancelation of an individual coaching lesson with a Generation Tennis coach. Notification can be made, in person, via email, mobile phone or text. The coach has the right to charge for any lessons that are cancelled within the 24 hour period.
