James has now been coaching for 17 years and founded Generation Tennis in his final year of studying Business at University, since then the company has grown from 1 tennis club to 5.

James now coaches thanks to the help of his strong team at a 5 tennis clubs and a number of schools in Hampshire and West Sussex. James has enjoyed coaching tennis through his GSCEs, A levels and Degree and has loved seeing his passion for coaching turn into a family business.

James is working hard to continuously develop the coaching programme at all of the clubs and schools Generation Tennis is involved with.

Alex started coaching as an assistant coach at the age of 14 and has been coaching for 18 years now with a DCA level 3 qualification at a number of tennis venues in West Sussex and Hampshire including Primary and Secondary schools.

Between June 2008 and November 2009 Alex worked for a company in London dealing with the Financial Services industry and Healthcare Industry, whilst still coaching and maintaining his coaching Licence.

Since 2009 Alex has been working alongside James in developing six coaching programmes across West Sussex and Hampshire and also a number of schools. Since 2009 Alex has been running junior and adult programmes, working on school programmes, helping club’s with club development, tutoring Tennis Leaders courses, running cardio tennis lessons and continually finding ways to grow Generation Tennis.
